Burning away memories

I’ve always said that I will not regret
My past actions even if they have made me upset
I have always thought of doing this
But I had second thoughts that I just can’t miss

Maybe there was no need at all
To burn our memories and let it fall
But I will always remember
And it will just me make grow fonder

I cannot let that happen can’t you see?
I’ve grown so strong so let me be!
I want to leave in peace so leave me forever
Even if in the future I might suffer

Burning memories may not be so easy
It also hurt believe me
I’m willing to forget you, don’t you see?
I’ve grown so strong so let me be!

I know someday I will be sorry
For loneliness will make me worry
But if that will make me spare from pain
Then I will still burn our memories even if it will rain!

Today I’ve burned all of my good and bad memories all my grudges and hopes. Maybe someday I will be sorry of destroying those letters, pictures and small things of my past. I have already moved on and I knew I should have done this a long time ago even if technically there’s no really need for it. I’m strong and I will never let those memories destroy me. I will forget them in my mind and in my heart. Goodbye and I guess I did just regret you…
