I’ve always loved reading. Aside from The Bible, the books I’ve been reading for the past two years are those that can help me know more about God. Needless to say I was so happy when I found out about THE MORE THE MANYER. Yes, manyer. If you want a book that’s nothing but pure entertainment, then this is the right one for you. I was laughing the whole time I was reading this. The author’s effort to gather all the Pinoy clichés and other words of WISDUMB that we receive from the internet and text messages was just perfectly funny. The illustrations also tripled the humor.

Killer lines include:

• Keep that bear in mind. (Kaya mo bang ipasok bear sa utak mo?! Haha!)
• The idea crossed at the back of my mind. (Wow! Galeng!)
• My answers have been prayed.
• You’re barking at the wrong dog! (Aw! Aw!)
• Tell me who your friends are… and I’ll tell you mine. (Shout out sa Friendster??!)
• Give him the benefit of the daw. (Ano daw??!)
• CEASE the day.
• How have you been up to? (Paano mo nga bang nagawang sumabit sa may ceiling? Hahaha!!)
• It’s a no win-win situation.
• What’s your next class before this? O_o
• I always go there sometimes! (Ooowwss! D nga?)
• Can you repeat it again for the second time once more? (Ano? Ano? Haaah!?)
• And of course… The more the manyer (HORAAY!!)

So what’s next? “The More the Manyest?!” Lol!
